These terms govern your participation in Craft Cruises programs. By booking a trip, you agree to these conditions. Space and pricing depend on availability and are not guaranteed until your deposit is received.

All program fees, group tours, and group transfers are non-refundable once paid unless otherwise stated in writing. A $100 per-person cancellation fee applies to trips canceled after payment. We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection.

Passports must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date. Travelers are responsible for securing required visas, immunizations, and any other documentation required for their destinations.

We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel protection covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and baggage delay. Travel insurance provides peace of mind for unexpected circumstances.
